I’ve always been drawn to people — to how they think, grow, and lead.

Over the last two decades, that curiosity has shaped my work as a Leadership & Transformation Coach and People Development professional.

With a foundation in communication, behavioural science, and adult learning, I’ve coached leaders and facilitated learning journeys across industries and geographies.

I’m an ICF-certified coach, trained in tools like FIRO-B and MBTI, and have completed 550+ hours of coaching.
I’ve facilitated leadership and behavioural programs for 95,000+ participants in 50+ organisations.
